1. Boot up 將電腦開機
I tried booting up the computer in recovery mode but it still froze on the loading screen. 我試著讓還原中的電腦開機，但螢幕一直停在載入中的畫面。
2. Border on 在某地旁邊 / 接近、近乎
a. England borders (on) Scotland. 英國與蘇格蘭相接壤。
b. What you are proposing is bordering on the impossible. 你的提議幾乎不可能達成。
3. Boss around (about) 指使
His little sister was always bossing everyone around. I told her that she can’t boss me about because I am much older than her. 他妹妹總是喜歡指使別人，我有叫她不要這麼對我，因為我年紀比她大很多。
4. Botch up 毀了某事
Jenny was told to make a roast dinner for the family, so I decided to help her because I knew that if I left her to do it by herself, she would botch it up. Jenny被交代要煮烤肉大餐給家人吃，所以我決定要幫她，因為我知道如果讓她一個人負責，她會毀了這頓晚餐。
5. Bottle out 臨陣脫逃
He is planning to ask Millie out on a date but I bet he’ll bottle out as soon as he sees her. 他計畫要約Millie出來約會，但我敢打賭，在看到Millie的那一刻，他就會臨陣脫逃。
