Let’s talk的Rima老師整理出了與日常行程有關的11組片語動詞，從早上醒來、看報紙、出門上班……等，並且附上例句作為舉例，快來看看這篇文章，學著描述你一天的生活吧！
1. Perk up -醒來，清醒
ex. I always start my day with a strong cup of coffee at 6am which helps me to perk up.
早上六點，我總是以一杯濃咖啡作為一天的開始，對我來說這有助於提神。
2. Look through – 掃描，瀏覽，看過去
ex. I look through the newspaper headlines and then get ready.
我瀏覽了一下報紙的標題，然後準備出門。
3. Dash off – 匆忙趕往某處
ex. I dash off to work at eight am sharp.
早上八點整時，我匆忙趕去上班。
4. Come up with – 準備好，整理出
ex. I came up with a quick presentation for the upcoming meeting.
我整理好等一下會議的簡要介紹了。
5. Heat up – 加熱
ex. I heat up my lunch at 1 pm during lunch break .
下午一點午休時間，我把我的午餐加熱。
6. Flesh out – 細細思索、仔細描述
ex. I flesh out ideas for a new project after lunch break .
午休過後，我對新專案產生了一些想法。
7. Wrap up – 打包，總結，收尾
下午五點時，我將工作收尾並返家。
8. Stock up – 批貨，大量囤貨
ex. I stock up on groceries for the week on my way home .
回家的路上，我囤了一整個星期份量的雜貨。
9. Warm up – 暖身
ex. I do a light warm up and then go for a short jog in the evening .
我做了個暖身，然後在傍晚進行短程的慢跑。
10. Meet up – 見面，會晤
ex. I meet up with a few friends after dinner.
吃完晚餐後我見了幾個朋友。
11. Doze off – 睡著
ex. At night I read a bit and doze off.
晚上我讀了一小會書就開始打瞌睡。
