1. Would you mind…? 你介意…

mind 有 be annoyed 使煩惱的意思。

ex. Would you mind helping with my homework?

你介意幫忙我的作業嗎？

2. Could you help me out…?

你有項任務需要幫忙時，所做的請求。

ex. Could you help me out with cooking dinner?

你能幫我做晚餐嗎？

3. Could you do me a favor?

favour 有 service / kind act 服務/善意的行為的意思。

ex. Could you do me a favor and wake me up in the morning if I don’t wake up ?

你能幫我一個忙嗎？如果我早上起不來，可以叫醒我嗎？

4. Could you give me a hand?

physical help 需要身體力行上的幫助。

ex. Could you give me a hand with these boxes?

你能幫我拿這些盒子嗎？

5. Could you lend me a hand?

有點借他人的幫助的意思，也希望下次回報他。

不只是身體上幫助，而是任何幫助都可以這樣說。

ex. Could you lend me a hand and come with me to find a new apartment for me?

你能幫我一個忙，跟我一起去找新的公寓嗎？

6. I could use a hand.

我需要你的協助.幫忙。

ex.

Max : Hey you look really tired, do you want us to help with you with the decorations?

嘿你看起來很累，你需要我們幫忙你裝飾嗎？

You : I could totally use a hand right now, thank you so much.

我現在真的很需要幫忙，謝謝你們。

7. Do you think you could help me?

用於比較專業的環境。

ex. I’m having trouble with the laptop, do you think you could help me?

這台筆電出了點問題，你能幫我嗎？

8. I’d appreciate some help.

appreciate 有 humble / gratitude 謙卑/感激的意思。

ex. Sorry to bother you, but I’d appreciate some help.

很抱歉打擾你了, 但我會很謝謝這幫忙。
