天哪，當你聽到有趣的八卦或是驚人的消息，你要怎麼表達你的驚訝的情緒呢！
《EnglishClass 101》講師 Alisha 在 Youtube 上面列舉了10種聽到八卦時的英文表達用語，一起來看看吧！
1. Oh my god, so….
哦 天哪，所以…

聽到一個前言，然後開始表述你的想法。
ex. Oh my god, so I have to tell you about this movie I saw.
哦 天哪，那我要告訴你我看過的這部電影。
2. You won’t believe what happened to me the other day!
你不會相信前幾天我發生了什麼事！
ex. You won’t believe what happened to me the other day! I ran into my ex-boss!
你不會相信前幾天我發生了什麼事！我遇到了我的前老闆！
3. Guess what!

很興奮的感嘆表達，讓對方猜看你發生了什麼事。
ex. Guess what! I got a new car.
你猜猜！我買了一輛新車！
4. I haven’t told you about this yet!
我還沒跟你說過！
ex. I haven’t told you about this yet! I’m going to France next summer.
我還沒跟你說！我明年夏天要去法國。
5. Have you heard about…?
你聽說過…?
ex. Have you heard about the new secretary?
你聽說過這位新秘書嗎？
6. So, the other day…
所以，前幾天…

開始講述一個故事…
ex. So, the other day, I was sitting at my desk in the office when my manager came and asked if he could speak to me.
所以，前幾天我坐在我辦公室的辦公桌，當經理來的時候，問他是否可以跟我說話。
7. So, I was talking with someone, and…
所以，我正和某人說話，而且…
ex. So, I was talking with Risa, and I think that we should plan a party for this weekend.
所以，我正和Risa說，我想我們週末應該舉辦個派對。
8. What’s up with _____ ?
某人怎麼了？

當你覺得某人有什麼狀況或問題嗎？或是對於某事物覺得不對勁時的詢問。

這是一個有點負面意義的表達問句。
ex. What’s up with Stevens? I haven’t heard from him lately.
Stevens怎麼了？我最近都沒聽到他消息。
9. Have you heard from _____ lately?
你最近有聽到 ＿＿＿ 的消息嗎？

當你想找對方或擔心對方時，但又不想打擾對方，可以這樣問。
ex. Have you heard from Stevens lately? I haven’t seen him.
你最近有聽到Stevens的消息嗎？我沒看到他。
10. I have to tell you about…
我必須告訴你…
ex. I have to tell you about my boyfriend.
我必須要跟你說說我的男朋友。
