我明白. 我了解了…，英文除了 I understand，還有什麼其它英文說法呢？
《Let’s talk》講師 Michelle 在 Youtube 上列舉了9種了解跟理解的各種英文表達方式，一起來看看吧！
1. I realize. 我懂我了解

用於有點嚴肅的場合。
ex. 朋友在跟你分享他們最近經濟困頓的經歷，you can say :
I realize that it’s hard for you.

I understood suddenly.
ex. I realized that I had met her before.
啊 我以前見過她。
2. I managed to grasp.
用於理解較困難的概念。
ex. It was a very high-level talk but I managed to grasp the main points.
這是一次很高階的談話，我設法去掌握要點。
3. Get the gist of it.
得到它的重點。
ex. I don’t need to understand the detail of the lecture , and I just get the gist of it.
我不用知道這場講座的演講細節，只要知道它的重點就好。
4. Make sense of (something)
去了解一些不清楚或複雜的事。
ex. I read the paragraph three times, but I just can’t make sense of it , can you explain it to me?
我讀了這段落三次，但我還是不懂，你能解釋給我聽嗎？
5. I appreciate that…
類似 I realize that…，指的是我了解.理解這個決定的原因。
ex. I appreciate that it’s a hard decision for you.
我知道這對你來說是一個很困難的決定。
6. Comprehend 理解
比較正式的說法。
ex. The country has failed to comprehend the threat.
這國家不知道這一威脅。
7. Get it. 我懂了（理解了）
比較簡單.不正式的說法。
ex. Why is everyone going crazy about him, I don’t get it!
我不懂～為什麼每個人都對他瘋狂！
8. I get the message. 我了解了
用於瞭解了隱藏或間接的訊息。
ex. 當你老公說了要跟同事吃飯談公事，而且一再強調這是正式的晚餐（所以他不希望你去），you can say :
Oh , I get the message.
9. I get the picture.
了解了這糟糕的情況。
Ex. This person is quite forgetful , and he’s not the most organized person.
you can say : Oh! I get the picture.
