只要一談到花錢的英文，你就會想說I spent…..，每次只要說到花錢，就這樣說，難免有些無聊。
Let’s talk的英文老師整理了 9 個片語，表示不同的花錢方式，好好學起來，練習表達自己的想法吧！
1. to splurge on
揮霍，通常指花的錢超出了自己的預算。
2. to splash out
to spent a huge amount of money
跟splurge on 不同的是，splash out 雖然也是指你花了很多很多錢，但很可能是在預算內，而splurge on 則是超出了預算。
3. to squander
to throw away/waste money
指浪費錢、恣意揮霍。
4. to buy for a song
to pay very little
指買到非常便宜的東西
5. to burn a hole in one’s pocket
to spent a lot/all your money
形容一個人花錢如流水、存不了錢。
6. to chip in
to contribute willingly
捐助、共同出錢。
7. to Shell out
to contribute against your will
指不情願的付款。
8.to foot the bill
付錢，通常是指拿帳單去付帳。
9. to go Dutch
指各付各的，而不是全由某個人來支付。
