在因果句當中，我們都知道「because」和「so」只能出現其中一個。但你知道「because of」雖然也是「因為」的意思，但用法上有所差異嗎？
Engvid的講師Rebecca提出「because」與「because of」的差別，並以例句說明，用實際的範例讓我們對這些日常片語的印象更深刻！
1. Because是連接詞(conjunction)
Because + 主詞(subject) + 動詞(verb)
Ex: Because it was raining, we cancelled the picnic. 因為外面在下雨，我們把野餐取消了。
Ex: Because the flight was delayed, they missed the meeting.
因為班機延遲，他們錯過了會議。
2. Because of 是介係詞(preposition)
Because of + 名詞(noun) / 名詞短語 (noun phrase)
Ex: Because of the rain, we cancelled the picnic.
Ex: Because of the flight delay, they missed the meeting.
3. 實際演練：
(1) ________ she was busy, she didn’t call me.
(2) ________ the traffic jam, they were late.
(3) ________ he had the flu, he couldn’t work.
(4) ________ the distance, they took a taxi.
