1. to save 儲存.保存

例：Did you save the file?

你存檔了嗎?

2. to undo 消除

例：I have to undo these changes.

我必須消除這些更改。

3. to edit 編輯

例：He edited the file last night.

他昨晚編輯了這個檔案。

4. to rename a file 重新命名

例：I renamed all the files in the folder.

我重新命名了文件夾裡的所有文件。

5. to restart a computer 重啟電腦

例：I need to restart my computer.

我需要將我電腦重新開機。

6. to attatch a file 附加檔案

例：The file is attached to this email.

這檔案被附加在信件裡。

7. to send a file 發送文件

例：I sent you a file with all the information yesterday.

我昨天寄了一個檔案給你，所有資料都在裡面。

8. to receive 收到

例：Do you receive my email about the project?

你有收到我的信嗎，關於這次的計劃?

9. to shut down a computer 關電腦

例：I shut down my computer every day.

我每天都會關電腦。

10. to unplug 拔、拔掉（設備的電源插頭）

例：Unplug your devices when you are finished with work.

當你完成工作後，請拔掉設備的電源。
