寄送、發送、派遣…的英文怎麼說？send的中文意思大家都知道，但是你可能不知道，send還有很多其他的用法。

1.發，寄
ex. Send me the files.
發給我這些文件。
ex. I sent my friend a postcard.
我寄明信片給我朋友。
2.派，派遣
ex. We sent the interns to the store to buy office supplies.
我們派實習生去商店購買辦公用品。
ex. The Prime Minister sent his team to a room to prepare a speech.
總理派他的團隊去一個房間準備演講。
3.致，使發生
ex. The turbulence sent the airplane passengers into a panic!
這股亂流使機上乘客陷入恐慌！
ex. I listen to music at night. it sends me to sleep right away.
我晚上聽音樂。它讓我立刻入睡。
4.to send for 請（某人）來
ex. Send for the doctor.
請醫生來。
ex. He sent for his mother.
他請他媽過來。
5.to send back 退回，退掉
ex. He sent the steak back to the kitchen ; it was horribly overcooked.
他把牛排退回廚房，這是可怕的過度烹飪。
ex. I’ll send the file back to you with my comments attached.
我把檔案寄回去給你，並附上我的評論。
6.to send packing 趕走（某人）
ex. He sent her packing when he found out she had three other boyfriends!
當他發現她有另外三個男朋友時，他把她趕走了！
ex. When the company discovered the thief, they sent him packing right away.
當公司發現有小偷時，他們立刻趕走了他。
