當你不喜歡某些事物，感覺不舒服.很可怕.很糟糕時，除了bad，還有沒有其他的英文說法呢？
《Let’s talk》講師 Niharik 在 Youtube 上面列舉了一些10種其他表達「糟糕」的英文用語，趕快來學學吧！
1. atrocious
質量很差.非常糟糕.非常不愉快的意思
ex. The food in the new cafe’ is atrocious.
這家咖啡店的餐點好難吃喔！
ex. My handwriting is atrocious.
我的手寫字真的很醜。
2.bum
在這裡不是屁股的意思，它是一個俚語.非正式用語，表示某物品質很差.很糟。
ex. The cheese that I tried of this new company was so bum.
我試過這家新公司的起司，真是太爛了。
3. deplorable
非常糟糕的意思。
ex. Poor people in big cities live under deplorable conditions.
大城市的窮人生活在惡劣的環境中。
4. not up to snuff = not up to par
不如我想像的那麼好。
ex. The movie I saw last night was not up to snuff.
我昨晚看的這部電影沒有我預期的好。
5. wretched
extremely bad 非常糟糕的意思。
ex. I saw a wretched accident on the motorway this morning.
今天早上我在高速公路上看到了一起很慘的事故。
6. rotten
通常指的是 decay food 腐爛的食物，在這你也可以用來比喻人上面。
ex. Her acting skills are absolutely rotten.
她的表演技巧爛透了。
7. a crying shame
指很糟糕的情況.羞恥.不像話
ex. It’s a crying shame that she’s paid so little for the kind of job she does.
她為這份工作所做的付出真的太少了，真是令人感到羞恥。
8. woeful
ex. This team has a woeful record.
這支球隊有很糟糕的戰績。
9. awful
ex. The food is awful.
這食物真的是可怕。
ex. My exam was awful.
我的考試好慘。
ex. The movie was awful.
這電影好爛。
10. execrable
壞透了.不愉快的意思。
ex. The wine they served was execrable.
他們提供的葡萄酒好難受。
