接聽電話時

就算只是剛接到一通電話,你也可以用問候、感謝開頭,再說明自己的單位,詢問自己能幫上對方什麼。

範例1:Good morning, thank you for calling ABC company. How may I help you?

範例2:Thank you for calling Peterson’s marketing department. How may I help you?

對方要找的人不方便接電話時

禮貌地說明他要找的人不方便後,也可以幫他留下訊息。

範例1:Mr. Berg is not taking calls right now. Can I take a message?

範例2:Jonathon is out today. Can I forward you to his voicemail?

幫忙轉接電話時

除了請他稍候,你還可以禮貌地提供轉接的分機號碼,來以防萬一。

範例1:Please hold while I connect you to him.

範例2:I’ll put you through Mr. Sevan’s phone. If you get disconnected for some reason, his direct extension is 4562.

通話遇到問題時

當你聽不清楚對方說的話,或發現對方打錯電話號碼,請別猶豫、但禮貌地表達出來。

範例1:I’m sorry I can’t hear you.

範例2:Could you please spell that for me?

範例3:I am sorry you have the wrong number.

結束通話時

結束通話和開啟通話一樣重要,請確保自己有禮貌地結束,不會讓對方再也不想打來。

範例1:Thank you for calling North Star roofing. Have a nice day.

範例2:Thanks for calling, Mr. Fernandez. Is there anything else I can assist you with?
