1.To be frank 坦白說…（後面接重點）
Frank 中文意思是指「坦率的，坦誠的」，當你說To be frank, ……的時候，表示別人知道你要說實話啦！
例：
To be frank, You haven’t excelled in your exams this year.
坦白說，你今年的考試成績不佳。
例：
To be frank with you, Jenny, I may have made a mistake.
坦白跟你說，珍妮，我可能犯了個錯誤。
2.Let me be perfectly clear. 要（讓）我清楚地說….、講明了…
Clear 中文意思是指「清楚地、清晰的」的意思。Clear 常見的口語句子有：do I make myself clear? 意思是指「我有講清楚嗎？」
Let me be perfectly clear. 意思就是指：讓我清晰地說…
例：
Let me be perfectly clear, maintaining both access and excellence in service of the public good requires public support.
講明了，維護公共服務的獲取和卓越服務需要公眾的支持。
例：
Let me be perfectly clear, I did not enjoy seeing that.
講明了，我不喜歡看到那個。
3.read my lips 聽好了、仔細聽、注意聽我說（後面接重點）
read my lips 中文意思是指「聽好了，仔細聽，注意聽我說」，使用這個英文句子時，要特別注意喔，這句帶有不禮貌的語氣，比較像是命令別人聽自己說的意思，所以使用上要特別小心喔。
例：
Read my lips. No new taxes.
注意聽我說，不會有新稅了。
4.Let me spell it out for you. 讓我清楚地對你解釋
spell sth out 是個英文片語，spell sth out 是指 「解釋清楚；詳細地說明」的意思，而Let me spell it out for you. 就是指讓我清楚地對你解釋吧！
例：
Do I have to spell it out for you?
需要我詳細地向你解釋一下嗎？
5.Here’s the bottom line. 最重要的是、歸根結底、真實重點是
the bottom line的意思是指「最重要的事實」。
the bottom line = the summation; the final and major point
所以Here’s the bottom line. 這個英文句子的意思就是指「重要的重點是、事實上…」。
例：
Here’s the bottom line, your success can never hurt anyone around you.
最重要的是，你的成功永遠不會傷害你周圍的任何人。
例：
The bottom line is that it’s not profitable.
歸根結底這不會賺錢。
