2. take it easy 放鬆、休息
「放鬆」常見的另一個英文說法是take it easy。take it easy 是叫人放鬆、輕鬆點的意思，通常會頻繁用在平輩之間，而不是對長輩或是晚輩。

A： Well, I’m done. I’m heading home. 我做完了，我要回家了。

3.chill out 冷靜
「放鬆」另一個常見的英文說法是chill out，chill out的中文意思是「冷靜」的意思。

在電影中，人們不會說，Hey man, calm down!他們會說Hey man, chill out! chill out就是calm down的俚語。
4.don’t stress 別有壓力、別緊張
don’t stress 也是「放鬆」的英文用法之一，don’t stress是指叫人不要緊張、放鬆點的意思。
例：Don’t stress over it, we’ll soon get it sorted out.
