每天都會發生各類事情，怎麼運用 happen 於各種情況的會話中，
《Speak English with Vanessa》講師 Vanessa 在 Youtube 上面列舉了 happen 的英文用法 ，一起來看看吧！

ex. What happened?
發生什麼事？
= What occurred?
但這用於每天會發生的對話中會太正式，因此用happen會比較好。
ex. It all happened so fast, I tripped on the sidewalk.
一切發生得太快了，我在人行道上絆倒。
ex. I don’t remember exactly what happened!
我真的不記得發生什事！

day or time 發生於某天或某時
ex.
Max : when did you get engaged?
你什麼時候訂婚？
Una : It happened on Saturday.
禮拜六。
ex. Don’t worry, it happens all the time.
別擔心，這隨時都在發生。

對實際發生產生疑問.質疑時的情況
ex. I can’t believe this is really happening!
我不敢相信它真的發生了！
ex. Oh no, this can’t be happening!
哦 不，這不可能發生的！

發生在未知的情況
ex. You’ll never guess what happened!
你絕不會猜到發生什麼事！
ex. We’ll just see what happens.
我們就來看看會發生什麼。

碰巧發生.巧合的情況
ex. Woah! I happened to buy the same beer!
哇嗚！我碰巧買了同樣的酒！

happen to + infinitive 發生在＋不定詞
ex. If you happen to see Vanessa, tell her I said, “ Hi. ”
如果你碰巧看到Vanessa，幫我跟他說聲 “嗨”。
ex. I happened to be asleep when he called me.
他打來時，我剛好睡著了。
ex. The teacher happened to give us a quiz on the day that I was absent.
老師碰巧在我缺席的那天給了我們一個測驗。
ex. If someone happens to open the door when we’re right here, it will hurt really bad.
如果有人剛好在我們在這的時候打開門，那真的會受傷！
