1. All right? 還好嗎?
“All right mate? Sorry I didn’t mean to barge into you like that. 你還好嗎?抱歉，我不是故意要撞到你的。
2. Bagsy (Shotgun) 我要! (很常用在搶座位，誰先喊，誰就能搶到)
“Come on let’s pick up the hire car. Oh, and shotgun driving first!” 快去領我們租的車吧!噢還有，我要第一個開車。
3. Bob’s Your Uncle 就這樣完成/結束了
To start the engine, depress down the brake, and at the same time push the start button, and bob’s your uncle. 想要發動引擎，只要踩下煞車踏板，並同時按啟動鈕，就完成了。
4. Brolly 雨傘的俚語
Excuse me madam, don’t forget your brolly. 請不要忘記您的雨傘。
5. Bog standard 很稀鬆平常
What type of accommodation are you looking for? We have several bog standard hotels nearby, and a very swanky, five star hotel on the high street. 您想要什麼樣的飯店呢?這附近有一些乾淨舒適的旅館，在鬧區還有一間豪華的五星級飯店。
6. Butchers 參觀
While you are in London, you should take a butchers at Big Ben and Buckingham Palace. 如果你在倫敦，你應該要去參觀大笨鐘跟白金漢宮。
7. Chockablock 很忙碌、很多人(可以形容觀光景點)
If you ask me, I would suggest that you avoid the town centre today. With the carnival going on, it’s going to be chockablock. 如果你問我，我會建議你今天避開市中心，因為大家都在為了嘉年華會忙碌，也會有大批民眾聚集。
8. Cost a bomb 很貴
I hope this is a good restaurant, the food costs a bomb. 希望這間餐廳CP值很高，因為價錢實在太貴了。
9. Faff 拖時間、東摸西摸
We mustn’t miss our train today, so no faffing around, just pack and let’s go! 我們今天絕對不能錯過火車，所以不要東摸西摸，快點整理出門吧!
10. Full Monty 完整的英式早餐
Can we order breakfast please, we all want the full monty. 我們想要點餐了，所有人都要完整的英式早餐。
