affect是動詞，常見的使用方法:affect something ；effect是名詞，常見的使用方法:have an effect on something

have an effect on something = affect something，兩個意思相同，都是造成影響。

1. effect有時是動詞，用於政治、法律文件等正式的場合

例句: The Prime Minister effected many changes to the economy. 首相影響了經濟上的許多變化。

2.affect也能做名詞，不常使用，僅用於心理學上描述情緒

例句: This patient had a happy affect 這位患者產生了快樂的心理情緒。
